Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

Jaipur (302xxx) and 40+ Indian cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Indore, Patna and Kochi. The PIN check at checkout is the authority — if your PIN is accepted, we deliver. Full list on the delivery areas page; overseas orders work by enquiry.

Order cutoffs

Items marked "Today": order by 5 PM for same-evening delivery by 9 PM. Midnight slot (11 PM – 12 AM): order by 9 PM the same night. Personalised items (photo cakes, engraving, printed mugs) need a day; custom cakes are quoted with their own timeline; wedding cakes need at least 14 days.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery: free above ₹499, ₹49 below. Fixed 2-hour window: ₹99. Midnight slot: ₹199. Cash on delivery adds ₹30. Charges show at checkout before payment — never after.

Time slots

Standard (day-long window, free), fixed 2-hour windows, and the midnight slot. Slot availability depends on your PIN and date, shown live at checkout.

Festive weeks

Around major festivals (Diwali, Valentine's, Mother's Day), same-day capacity and preferred slots fill early. Cutoffs stay the same, but ordering a day or two ahead is the honest advice.

Late or damaged deliveries

If a delivery arrives late or damaged, contact us the same day — every case is reviewed for a refund under our refund & cancellation policy, and damaged orders are always made right.

Changes and cancellations

Reach us as early as possible via contact or WhatsApp (+91 97847 36400). Whether a change is possible depends on how far your order has progressed — made-to-order items have shorter windows.
