How to Order a Custom Cake
From idea to doorstep in four steps — here's exactly how the Studio works.
Ordering a custom cake takes five minutes: fill the Custom Cake Studio brief, attach a reference photo, send it — and we reply with a design and a quote. You approve before anything is baked.
Step 1 — Brief it
Flavour, weight, shape, frosting, theme and colour palette — the form walks you through each. The more specific the theme ("jungle safari first birthday, pastel green and gold"), the closer the first design lands.
Step 2 — Show us
Attach a reference image (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB) — a saved photo, a sketch, a screenshot. We recreate the style in our own finish, and tell you honestly what changes at your budget.
Step 3 — Quote and approval
You get a design direction and price for your budget range. Nothing is baked until you say yes.
Step 4 — Delivery day
Most custom designs need two days; complex structures need more — the quote confirms timing. Delivery works like any order: pick date and slot, add the card message, done.
