How to Select a Customised Wedding Cake
Tiers, servings, flavours, finish — the four decisions that shape every wedding cake.
Selecting a wedding cake comes down to four decisions: how many guests it must serve, how many tiers you want to see, which flavours fill each tier, and the finish that matches your décor. Everything else follows.
Servings decide the size
A two-tier cake typically serves 30–60, three tiers 70–120. Tell us the guest count in the consultation form and we work backwards — including a display tier if you want height without waste.
One cake, several flavours
Tiers don't have to match: chocolate for one, fruit for another, an eggless tier for family. Flavour combinations are settled in the consultation.
Finish and décor
Bring your palette — a lehenga photo, the décor board, a flower name. Fondant gives clean sculptural finishes; cream finishes stay softer. Sugar florals can echo your wedding flowers.
Book at least 14 days out
Our consultation form enforces a two-week minimum because a wedding cake is designed, approved and then baked — venue delivery and on-site setup included. Ideas live on our wedding cakes page.
Share your date, venue and guest count — a consultant plans the rest.
